The land is situated in a promising location suitable for the development of commercial and residential projects. The process of acquiring the minority stake was complex and required thorough legal support, as the transaction involved resolving differing expectations between the parties regarding the valuation of shares and the future direction of the company. This required a combination of transactional expertise and in-depth knowledge of dispute resolution.
