Glatzová & Co. Announces the Promotion of Jarmila Tornová to Counsel

We are pleased to announce that, as of January 1, 2025, Jarmila Tornová has been promoted to a counsel position.

Jarmila has been an integral part of our team since 2012, when she joined as a junior associate. Following her successful bar exams, she worked as an associate between 2016 and 2019. Since 2019, she has held the position of managing associate, significantly contributing to the growth of our firm with her professionalism and expertise. She has long been recognized in the prestigious selection of the Top 100 Women in Czech Legal Business organized  within the #PRVNÍCH100LET project (for 2025 in the All Star category), in the prestigious selection of 131 inspiring women in finance, as well as in international rankings (IFLR 1000, Legal 500).

Jarmila is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. She specializes primarily in banking and finance, capital markets, and corporate as well as general commercial law. Her deep expertise and ability to deliver practical solutions to complex legal issues have earned her the trust of both clients and colleagues.
