Glatzová & Co. provided comprehensive legal services to the investment group Pale Fire Capital on the purchase of a stake in the company Acond, which is one of the largest Czech heat pump manufacturers. This investment will help to Acond build a new plant, with which the company is to multiply its production capacity and expand abroad.
